The first one consultation and consulting hour is free.
Afterwards, every quarter hour will be invoiced on a hourly fee basis immediately after the respective meeting/session, based on a service contract.
A precondition of the next meeting / session is if the full payment of all earlier invoices is settled.
The surcharge for contracted conditional urgent assistance is 50%, outside normal working hours 100%.
There are different monthly support hours with subscription possibilities to choose from.
